Welcome to PrairieVault. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrairieVault mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using PrairieVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
PrairieVault is a mobile application that provides cryptocurrency market data, charts, analysis tools, and educational resources. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

All market data, prices, and information provided in the App are for reference and educational purposes only. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the App.
Data sources are disclosed in-app under Settings > Compliance. Users should verify all information independently before making any financial decisions.
The App includes a paper trading feature that allows users to practice trading strategies using virtual funds. Paper trading is for educational purposes only and does not involve real money or real cryptocurrency transactions. Results from paper trading do not guarantee future performance in real trading.
You are responsible for:
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of PrairieVault or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided in the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAIRIEVAULT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that any decisions made based on information from the App are made at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrairieVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
